About Sarah - Baby Girl Due 10/10/10

I have been married to my husband, Jeremy, for over 11 years. We have one son, Carson, and he is eight years old. Jeremy is a manager at a nearby Kroger Marketplace store and works an alternating schedule. I am a hairstylist and have by own business at a “loft rent” salon in Columbus, OH. I have been doing hair since 1998. I work a lot of hours- my typical work week is over 50 hours, and pack a lot of clients into that time. It doesn’t leave me much time at home, so I tend to be picky about my ‘free time’. I drag Carson around with me when I run errands. He doesn’t always love hanging with his mom (he’d probably rather be skateboarding with the neighbors), but he’s a good kid and doesn’t complain too often. It’s nice to have (have had) the one-on-one time with him. We have a pretty calm home life. With Carson being (well, was) an only child, we always have lots of kids that come to our house to hang with him. Growing up in a family of four kids, I usually don’t mind all the noise and kids around. I work late one night a week, so the other days we usually eat dinner around 6-6:30pm and then homework around 7:30pm. Carson is usually ready for bed by 8:30pm, has a snack, watches TV and is asleep by 9pm. I also hit the sack around 9pm and four days a week that I work, am up at 4:00AM to be to the salon by 5:30AM.
