We are so happy that you came into this world baby girl! You have given us so many moments of happiness and we love you so much. Every day, I can't wait to pick you up from La Petite or get you out of your crib. I can't wait to hear your laugh and follow me around like a little kitty cat! You and Carson are the best stress-relief that God could have given us!!!!

Mason is 1 year old!!!!
By Jamie
Wow, I can't believe it has already been a year!!! Mason James was born 8 lbs, 19 inches long...and I enjoyed every moment that I held him peacefully in my arms, not knowing that in a matter of months, a major change would be coming! He would turn our house upside down, knock down lamps, computers, chairs, wear a size 6 1/2 shoe and be a whopping 28 pounds at his 12-month appt!!!! He started walking shortly after my last entry when he was 11 months, and he hasn't stopped since!!!
But, what a happy guy!!! I can't even count how many strangers have stopped us when we're out and about to tell me how happy he is! Now, of course he has his many moments where he cries and screams (and he has the loudest, ear-ringing scream I have ever heard from a baby!), but he really is a happy guy!
So, as I look back on the last year, I am thankful for our blessings and all that God has done for our family. Mason will be moving out of the baby nursery at church and in with the toddlers now. It won't be long before we hear him singing The B-I-B-L-E right along with Mya! He will have teachers at church, at preschool, at elementary school, etc. over the next several years...but, I pray that God gives Jim and me the wisdom (and patience!) every step of the way as his parents when we teach him too!
Happy birthday, Mason!!
Lots of love from Mommy, Daddy and Sissy
